EXCLUSIVE USE OF COMMON ELEMENTS

1. Each Unit owner shall be entitled to the exclusive use, subject to the declaration, by-laws and the rules and regulations, of any balcony, or patio to which his unit gives sole and direct access.

2. Those portions of the common elements as shown on Part 1 Sheets 4 and 5 of the Description herein designated with the prefix "P" shall be used and reserved exclusively for the purposes of parking of one motor vehicle by the owner of each unit as set out and in accordance with the schedule of parking spaces herein set out.

3. Those portions of the common elements as shown on Part 1 Sheets 4 and 5 on the Description herein, with the prefix "L" shall be used and reserved exclusively for storage purposes by the owner of each unit as set out and in accordance with the schedule of lockers hereinafter set out.
